Your Money's Missing

An audit shows $8.8 billion of your tax money given to Iraqi ministries has disappeared. US investigators are looking into more than 100 cases of fraud involving your tax money in Iraq. Most of the cases involve waste, fraud and abuse of money. Another 40% of the missing money is linked to reprisals and theft. The Inspector General of the Coalition Provisional Authority prepared the report for Congress. (LAT)
