President Bush's nominee to the US Court of Appeals for DC seems to have given the Utah bar some phony information about his legal work and lapses in getting law licenses. Thomas B. Griffith's nomination has been stalled for months over those lapses. New documents now show his license was suspended for three years -- while he told bar officials it'd never been suspended.
