Who will Guard the Guardians

Washington is supposed to keep watch on the private contractors spending billions of your dollars in Iraq. The General Services Administration would be the bean counters here -- keeping a database of who gets how much under a government contract. Only problem is -- GSA hired a private contractor to keep tabs on private contractors. Senator Tom Harkin (D-IA) warns that may keep records out of Congress' hands. (GovExec.com)
