Watchdog or Cash Cow?

He liked spending money but not checking into mistakes. That's the image emerging of Rep Porter Goss (R-FL), President Bush's pick to be the next CIA chief. His record of overseeing the CIA from Congress was to send them more money, but to overlook mistakes. Little things, really, like 9/11 and those WMDs in Iraq. (NYT)
