USS Arlington and USS Somerset
The Navy has honored some of the victims of 9/11 by naming a pair of San Antonio class Amphibious Transport Dock ships for two locations of the attack. USS Arlington and USS Somerset memorialize those at the attack on the Pentagon (in Arlington, Virginia) and the passengers and crew of United Flight 93 (which crashed in Somerset County, Pennsylvania.
