Republican members of Congress have 103 pages of help with the party's playbook on selling the President's plan. It's called Saving Social Security: A Guide to Social Security Reform. But a copy of it fell into the hands of a group opposed to the President's plan. Now you can see if you're being spoonfed talking points and lines pre-tested on focus groups.
