Halliburton says it's pulling out of Iran, but a new contract it signed may make its ties to Tehran even tighter. The deal is for a Halliburton subsidiary to develop Iran's natural gas fields.
NEWSWEEK reports the deal is with an Iranian oil company who's principals include
Sirus Naseri. He's Iran's top international negotiator for the country's nuclear program.
