Eating Up that State of the Union Speech

The Washington Post's Tom Shales points out that many of the network commentators were "too jolly" in summing up the President's State of the Union Speech. The President has promised no more buying comentators' loyalty as happened with the Payola Pundit scandal. But he did buy them lunch. Several of the commentators had lunch with the President they were to cover later in the day. (WashPost/DCRTV.com)
