Bowing to backers of tougher border controls, Colorado Governor Bill Owens (R) ordered an online pamphlet offering advice in Spanish to illegal immigrants on living and working in Colorado off the state website.
The Colorado Department of Education posted the 50-page pamphlet on its website until Monday. (WashTimes)
