Flip Flopping Ohio Law Flops Back into Place

The Ohio law that allowed partisan challengers to confront voters -- then got thrown out by a state judge -- then reinstated by the appeals and state supreme court -- then got thrown out by two federal district judges -- has been put back into place by a three-judge panel of the US 6th Circuit.
