Sitting on the Dough

The Bush administration is taking it's sweet time to spend money it claimed it desperately needed last year. The President promised to spend $9 billion on reconstruction in Iraq in the next few months. But the administration now says it could take them a year to spend that money. Meanwhile, the administration has only spent $1.2 billion of the $18.4 billion the President said was needed last year. (WiredNews)
