The Last Word on WMDs

The final word on Iraqi WMDs is expected out later today. And word is it'll say Saddam had the intent to build WMDs -- but not the means. The report from the CIA-led Iraq Survey Group is expected to say there were no stockpiles of WMDs when the US and coalition forces invaded Iraq last year. (CNN)
