Justices to Rule on Judges

The US Supreme Court indicated it doesn't like current federal sentencing guidelines. Right now they let judges -- without input from juries -- to hand down stiff sentences. Striking down that power could lead Congress to set mandatory sentences for all kinds of federal crimes. (LAT)
