Falling for the Old Tuna in the Tailpipe Trick

Hard to tell whether this would be regulated by for the FDA or the EPA. In an effort to make tuna appear fresher, tuna sellers are blasting it with carbon monoxide to give it a fresh red appearance. Yum! (NYT)
