Disrupting the Disruptions

US intel gurus have had info since April that al Qaeda wants a "large scale" attack in the US to disrupt elections. Homeland security people have a difficult balancing act -- if they go overboard with precautions they could scare people away from the polls. That would disrupt elections. And the terrorists would have already won. (Reuters)
