CIA Misses a Shoplifter

The man CIA Director Peter Goss tapped to be number three man at the intel agency was forced to resign from the CIA 20 years ago over a shoplifting incident. You would have thought the CIA would have spotted this bit of intel. I mean, they found all those WMDs in Iraq and warned us about 9/11, didn't they? Oh, right. (Reuters)
