Congress chartered Fammie Mae to make morgtages more available to working people. Now some in Congress are upset at how Fannie Mae is spending so much money on themselves. Take the chart a congressman held up showing salaires of 22 top execs: 20 of the them received more than $1 million each in total compensation in 2002, 12 took home more than $2 million, and 9 got more than $3 million.
