Aluminum Foiled Our Intelligence

Was it a case of wishful thinking by the Bush administration? Aluminum tubes headed for Iraq were probably going there for use in small arms. It turns out, the administration was given arguments that the tubes weren't for nuke research way back in 2001. (NYT)
