The Justice Department will neither confirm nor deny whether there is a law requiring you to present photo ID before boarding an airliner. Seems pretty simple -- there either is a law or there isn't. But the Justice Department refuses to say -- claiming that letting the people know what the law
really says would be a breach of national security. So, ignorance of the law may not be an excuse -- but it could keep you from being charged as a spy?
