Did Kerry miss out on Navy Reserve duty after leaving active duty? His critics claim he did -- that he never showed up for drills -- and they say he won't release documents showing that. But the Kerry campaign says all he was required to do was tell higher ups his whereabouts. We're talking about the "Ready Reserves" -- a body almost all ex-military fall into for a while after they leave.
