Naming Names

The 9/11 Commission says there is a "very dangerous hiatus" between the Presidential election and inauguration. They want candidates to name their security teams -- their Secretaries of State and Defense, for instance -- before the election. They point to the bombing of USS Cole -- saying it was too late for President Clinton to act, and too late by the time the Bush administration was in place. (CNN)
