Courting the Black Vote via Television

A liberal 527 group is rallying urban blacks to turn out and vote. The Media Fund will spend $5 million up until the election on ads in a handful of key states where higher black turnout could turn the election around for John Kerry. Florida, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin make their list. (Miami Herald)
