President Bush and Senator Kerry have each accepted $75 million in taxpayer money for their campaigns. That's supposed to keep big contributors from influencing their positions. But the taxpayer money is only a fraction of the millions that outside groups and special interest will spend. And that money will influence the winner. (Miami Herald)
