Barn Storming Florida

Two Hurricanes within weeks has turned President Bush into the "Comforter-in-Chief." Whether he's handing out bottled water or a $2 billion check, it makes for good, free television time in a battleground state, looking more and more like a battleground with each passing hurricane. Now, the Keys are under evacuation orders as Hurricane Ivan bears down on Florida -- giving the President another opportunity to barnstorm for storm photo opportunities.
