The $3 Trillion Speech

President Bush's plans outlined during his Convention speech were far reaching. Now they have a price tag. The Bush Administration has added them up and come up with a $3 trillion total. But then, they forgot to tell us about the 20-25% in hidden costs with the Medicare overhaul. (WashPost)
