Rush Booking Blotter

Radio talker Rush Limbaugh has been arrested in the long running oxycotin investigation.

Mr Limbaugh has entered a plea deal to have the charge dropped.

Under terms of the plea bargin, Mr Limbaugh will see the charge dropped in 18 months if he meets certain requirements:

• He must continue treatment for addiction
• Pay $30,000 to cover costs of the
  investigation
• Pay $30 per month for supervision

Mr Limbaugh's attorney says the plea bargin does not constitute an admission of guilt. (WashPost/Crooks & Liars)
