Deer Me!

Detroit is bleeding red ink. The Motor City is so broke they're laying off police and fire fighters.

But they're spending a cool $1 million on a new display pen at the local zoo. (detnews.com)

    I've never been to Detroit, but from what a friend tells me if there is anything that they really need it is Police Officers. Sounds like they already have a Zoo, but they call it City Hall.
