Terror War -- Lost in Translation?

Since 9/11, Washington has increased spending on language training from $41 million to $100 million a year. But the US is still short 34,000 foreign-language specialists -- badly needed in the War on Terror. On top of that, it can take 10 years for a student of Mideastern languages and dialects to become proficient. (USAToday)
