Washington's been quietly letting oil refineries all across the US to miss court-mandated deadlines to reduce air emissions. That means hundreds of thousands of Americans are getting extra exposure to dangerous pollutants. The Fort Worth Star-Telegram found the EPA has been extremely flexible with the industry it's supposed to regulate.
