Sure I can Lift That -- I'm as Strong as I was in High Schooooooooooooooooo...!

I'm flat on my back -- with a back injury.

I'll be taking a break for a week or two while I recover. Watching Washington, along with our Podcast and Vodcast, will return when I'm back on my feet.
